The Leadership Team of Troi.net is led by professionals who have decades of experience and in-depth knowledge of Network Infrastructures and ROI in the process of business and Network Technology.

We work closely together and closely with our customers – sharing a genuine interest in their growth and well-being. We work as a team, both with each other and with our customers – and we measure our success as a team, both by our customers’ successes and the relationships we continue to build both inside and outside of Troi.net.

Wayne Roye
Chief Technology Officer

Wayne’s technical background has developed from years of experience in the IT field. He has served as a board member on his local Chamber of Commerce, previously heading its Technology Committee, and is a former member of the Economic Development Center Business Council. Wayne is also the recipient of Crain’s New York Business “Forty under 40″ award.

Wayne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Science, with a minor in Computer Science. He is certified as an MCSE, CCNA, VOIP Specialist and Architect, CCA, CCA and CCSP.

Justin Shade
Service Manager

A seasoned IT professional, Justin Shade brings a broad range of operations, project management, and business leadership experience with a focus on customer service to his role.

Justin began his career as a Desktop Specialist at a larger multi-national not-for-profit. In his time there he was promoted up through the ranks where he served as the Client Support Manager, leading a team that serviced over 1500 users across 20+ sites. While there, Justin was instrumental in setting-up and managing the network that helped provide relief to victims and families of the 9/11 attacks. Since then Justin has managed IT Support teams, projects ranging from desktop rollouts, office relocations, and build-outs, and company startups at other not-for-profits.

Prior to coming on board with us, Justin worked in in the financial industry specializing in network engineering and security, project management, audit preparedness (including SAS 70), regulatory compliance, trade floor support, and financial startups. In his role he worked with companies such as Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan Chase, Well Fargo, and other top firms.

Justin brings a business-first focus that revolves around the idea that there are no IT decisions, just business decisions that leverage IT.

Justin holds a diploma in Network Engineering and Data Communications as well as several other industry certifications.

Christopher Frank
Senior Systems Engineer

Chris has many years of experience in the technology industry. Prior to joining the Troi.net team, he held several high-level support positions in industry-leading medical and financial institutions, including Citigroup, where he was responsible for support on a high-paced trading floor. Chris is certified in A+ and as a Microsoft Certified Engineer, VOIP Telephony Expert and Certified Solutions Architect.

Christina Welgoss
Marketing/Sales Manager

Christina Welgoss has several years of experience in Managing marketing initiatives for corporations. Before working for Troi.net she worked for Several successful companies growing there market presence and developing there sales force. Christina Welgoss holds a Degree in Business Management and world experience in Sales and Marketing.

Erica Cano
Office Manager
